At Electrolux, the security of your account with us is of the highest importance and for this reason, since the 20th of April 2022, we have implemented a new tool to manage the access credentials to our B2B platform.
The implementation of this new tool will ensure increased security to your credentials by providing end-to-end encryption of the data which will help prevent breaches in security.
The first time you log in after the change you will be invited to reset your password via our recovery tool (link to tool). After having entered your login or e-mail details you will receive an e-mail containing a link that, when clicked, will redirect you to the page where you can reset your password. Once this is done you will be able to log in with your new password and use the site in the same way as you are used to.
